B&D Siver Bell No.4 Original 5 string

This is a strange instrumemt. It has no serial number on either
the rim or the dowel stick. It looks professionally used and
well cared for. John Bernunzio suspects this to be one of
F.J.Bacon's personal instruments. But there's no provenance.
