ANSCO have long history in American camera industry.
They once were the American part of German chemical giant, AGFA.
Thus most of ANSCO cameras were German import.
But in the '60s, as the German camera industries began to decline,
they imported cameras from JAPAN.
This particular camera looks to be designed in the US. and made
by Ricoh. Rhey were sold as Ricoh 999 in Japan and as ANSCO mark M
in the US.
The interchangeable lenses shown are ANSCO Xyton tele and
wide lenses.They were sold as Rikenon in Japan.
