Tokyo Kogaku(TOPCON) manufactured Minion line of 127 format cameras before the WWII. After the WWII, they began producing a very small 35mm camera in Nippon size (24X32mm) format. What looks like a shutter release button is just a windup-unlocking button. Then on the Minion 35B, it became the shutter release button. The Minion 35C was modified to take 24X36mm pictures. |

after a few years of absense, Tokyo Kogaku re-entered in the 35mm camera market in 1953 with the TOPCON 35 A. The first with Topcon name. Nearly with the same function, the Minion35 is much smaller than its successor. |
