OLYMPUS 35 I

Olympus35 I The first Olympus 35 was made in Nihon size(24X32mm) like its
contemporaries. It has a shutter release link cover and was
affectionately called "manekineko"( A Japanese folkcraft of a beckoning cat).
The earlier one like this has "Takatiho" name inscribed around the lens.
The German type sync connector is a later addition.

Zuiko 40/2.8 The Olympus 35 II was never marketed.
It should have Zuiko 40/2.8 lens on it.
The lens itself was seperately sold in a Leica thread mount.
